Conditions of hire:
A non-refundable deposit of 20% on booking, to be paid on confirmation of booking to:

Balance of rental to be paid 28 days before rental begins.
Arrival and Departure Times
The cottage will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and until 10am on the day of departure.
